2017 One21 Junior High Retreat at Woodland Lakes Camp | October 20-22

Where do I register?

To register  go to Junior High Retreat Registration. If you have any issues or questions regarding registration please email one21@back2back.org

When does registration end?

Early Bird Registration is $65 until Friday, October 7th. After October 7th registration will increase by $10.

What is the schedule for the retreat?

Check-In will be Friday, October 20th from 6:30-7:30pm at Woodland Lakes Christian Camp (3054 Lindale Mt. Holly Road Amelia, OH 45102). Pick-Up will be Sunday, October 22nd at Noon. If you are coming with a church group please touch base with your group leader to figure out transportation plans.

What about medications?

Medications are managed by the Youth Minister and their team.  All student ministries are responsible for their own students and medications. The camp will have a Registered Nurse on site for the entirety of the weekend. The nurse will  be prepared for any first aid needs that may arise. Please note any regular medications on your permission form. The nurse will be available to answer any questions during Check-In.

I’m not coming with a church group. Can I still sign up?

Absolutely! As you register online, just be sure to let us know. We will make sure you get connected with a group of students right away. We would love to have you come and be a part of the fun.

I’ve never been to Woodland Lakes Christian Camp before. Where can I find out more about it?

Their website is www.woodlandlakes.com

INFO FOR STUDENT MINISTERS:

How much do adult leaders cost?

Every church that brings a group of students will get 1 free ticket for their youth minister.  Any leaders beyond that will cost $20 per adult. Please bring a ratio of 1 leader per every 8 students.

How do adults sign up?

Leaders will register at the Middle School Retreat Registration page. It is important that even youth ministers register and specify which church they are from.

Who can I bring?

Bring your entire Junior High/Middle School Group. If your School District places 6th-8th grade in Middle School then please bring them. If they only bring 7th-8th grades in Junior High, then bring them. 5th grade students are welcome too if your student ministry wants to put 5-8th in the same retreat context.

Is there any way I can help?

If you are interested in helping in some way with the weekend, we’d love to partner with you in some Kingdom work. Email Chris at ccox@back2back.org to get the ball rolling.
